Blaming the coaches too much

Players have to execute and players have to make plays at some point. Nuss had 3 inexcusable turnovers that basically cost us the game. He has to know with a lead like we had and the d playing good he can’t just throw a prayer up like that. Not to mention the special teams blunders. I’m
Positive he didn’t tell the holder to look back when the ball was being snapped.

Nuss walks on water per RobbBobb

Our Coach never reacted to what the aggies were doing to Nuss. What was with all the sideline throws even after the one they intercepted.

You could say this about any bad team. It’s the responsibility of the coaches to have their team ready play. Period.
No shite. No coach is ever telling a player to make a bad play. Any time a player makes a bad play I could say “I’m positive the coach didn’t tell him to do that”

Coaches shite in the bed in the second half. Zero adjustments when the new QB came in

Coaches need to make adjustments when the gameplan isnt working, players arent performing. Weird thread title.

According to Penn they didn’t even prepare during the week for him

I don’t think Blake Baker can go from savior to idiot in a week.
Perhaps players couldn’t process adjustments being asked on the fly?
Tend to have more faith in Blake Baker and his record than current group on Tigers D.

If you think you can just throw it every play and win in the SEC like Kelly does you’re in over your head. If you think you can attempt to do it with basic schemes and no creativity you’re not a good enough coach. If you get totally whipped in adjustments after halftime you’re not good enough. If you start to relax on the road early in the 3rd quarter you’re not good enough.

We seem to lack situational awareness of big moments in games where the opportunity is there to win and tip the scales so that the opponent has no chance to take back momentum.
This has been a recurring theme. Sure, we recognize it as “lack of killer instinct” in the post game, but during the game we are t recognizing and treating these situations with the gravity they deserve. This happened twice last night.
You don’t play for the 50 yard field goal when you have a chance to tip the scale completely on the road against a good opponent with the Atlanta on the line.
I do put that on the coaches.

Notre Dame, with a worse roster, handled that environment just fine. We did not

So how do you feel about situational awareness?

Nuss has a wont to do this very thing. Always has had.

I disagree. It may have been too little too late, but I’m almost positive the defense made a pretty impressive stop late in the game and A&M had to punt which gave us the ball back with time to score, and Nuss threw another pic.
I saw adjustments made on defense, they only moved down the field one time before it was already too late and on that drive they threw a deep ball right out of the gate and put them in scoring position right away.. the other times they got the ball in scoring position off of Nuss’s ints.
I don’t put much blame on he defense or the defensive staff.
This loss is completely on BK and the offense’s lack of balance.
Which BK admitted very clearly in his press conference.

You think that the offensive coaches had a good game plan and the defensive coaches made good adjustments? Wow
