Just watched a few Mike tomlin videos on youtube. That guy can speak and motivate. BK should bring him in over the offseason to speak with the team. Guy has never had a losing szn.

He's a good coach with unusual longevity I agree, but I believe he only has one ring as a HC, the other from being an assistant elsewhere.

He said bring him in a motivational speaker capacity, NOT to add him to the staff! You even admitted he was a cheerleader. Psst, motivation speaker = cheerleader! If I remember correctly, Manieri I believe it was brought in Tommy Lasorda one time to speak to LSU baseball team.

We already have motivators. Some of the very best are now on staff.
What we need is better talent in certain areas- which can only be fixed through recruiting. The fix is underway.
I don't think Tomlin can help in that department.
