It’s funny though because they think it’s a slam but turns out, their prestigious university decided to keep him employed for years after until he left on his own accord.
So what does that say about them?

There was something that came out a little while back that the family was unhappy that LSU wouldn't release the money that LSU raised for him. But the issue is that the money is earmarked and must be documented what is paid for. The family apparently wanted to money without having to provide the required documentation and that is where the fallout began.
It's not that LSU doesn't want the family to have the money, its that they have to do everything by the book and cant just hand over the money with no accounting.

GMA could have vetted the story! Maybe even talk to some legal experts who would tell them that once they filed a lawsuit against someone it’s not a good idea for that someone to privately be visiting and calling you

100%. If the dad is indeed lying about the last contact BK had with him being in October 2023, Kelly show 100% come out and say “the last contact I had with Greg or his family was on x date” and it would be really easy to prove.
