I could see him 1 or 2 in the lineup soon.

He had a good opening day. The competition will ramp up.

If you look at what Bingham has done in his career, it tracks very closely to Antoine Duplantis. By postseason, he’ll be leading off.

First game, seemed like he had been here for years. Just fits in.

He keeps hitting like he did yesterday he will earn the chance to do so. There is still a ton of shuffling to be done though, way more than last year would be my guess.

This guy’s stance/swing is eerily similar to Bregman’s. Love how compact it is. Going to have a big year for us.

He put together very veteran ABs.

It's promising that JJ felt Brasswell and Brown were solid enough to be 1-2 in the order, with Kling and Bingham at the bottom. If Kling/Bingham hit so we'll that they take 1-2 in the order, but the other two show the ability to be productive at the bottom then we can have a very potent lineup.

I think he has to be the 2 hole hitter. He's the 2nd most proven college hitter behind Tommy. I'd like to see Pearson-Bingham-White-Travinski. That's the 4 I trust.

Post game he said that was the biggest crowd he's ever played before & was noticeably excited. Wait till he plays in a SEC series. Caught bits of Moo State's game last nite, a packed house it seems. That place will be an eye opener for him as well. He said the left field's fans were friendly: wait till he hears from State's, the Hawg's.

As Bingham and Braswell go, so will the offense IMO. They both have some pop in their bats but do whatever is necessary to move runners and drive the offense.
