My general thought on making fun of appearances is if you're born with it, leave them alone. Some of us are born ugly. Just how it is. If they did it to themselves, it's fair game. Looking at older pictures of Mrs. Dell, she did this to herself. It's hard for me to find too much sympathy.

Long ago, I accepted I'm an average looking dude, and you know what? I don't care. I'm not beautiful, and I'm not ugly. I exist as a median human white mail. That's okay. It's actually amazing. Susan Dell wasn't a bad looking woman before all of her work. I'd say she was above average. Had she accepted her blessings in life, she'd be having a much happier go at it.
