He shouldn’t try so hard to pretend that he cares about what will always be a nothing program in any sport.

He’s all LSU and will be fighting for the job when CPM retires. Whether or not he should get it is an ongoing debate.

But what his son did tonight should have been one of the proudest moments of his life and I’m disappointed he decided to act like it was nothing.

So he shouldn't care about coaching his team?

I disagree bro, he’s employed by ole miss. I’m sure he had some sort of pleasure out of watching his son smack the shite outa that ball.

Oh come on - he takes a lot of ridicule for respecting LSU.

I even think the end of th\e game argument was contrived.

Believe me, he and his son had a beer and laughed about it after the game.

This take is so bad Im not even sure if it's real or you're just screwing with people.

Not one but of this

Has anything to do with this

How would you react if we had an Ole Miss alumnus as HC and the situation was reversed.
Don't answer, we know you and liked minded, small minded fans would react.
I know he wanted his team to win. He tried everything possible. I'm sure he wants his son to have success as well, but not last night. He is probably second guessing his support of his son attending LSU. He will have to face him two more seasons. :( , :).

I am sure he did not teach his son to show up his opponent, and that is what ticked him off.

At that moment in time, Bianco is the head coach competing for a division championship. Game over, hug it out with son and enjoy his son's moment.

You must have never played or coached above little league.

No.

Could you imagine the shitstorm on here if the head coach of the LSU football team had a son that was a DB at Alabama and he smiled as his son picked off a pass and ran it back late in the game for a TD?

This place would go fricking bananas.

There's no way he can be happy in that moment. We'd shite a brick if cpm had a kid who did that and he smiled

Has no here ever played a game against a family member? Sure it may not be in front of 5000 people, but in a competitive situation at the moment no one wants to lose. It's not about being a jerk, it just two athletes in competition.

You didn’t notice them hug after the game? You could read mikes lips and he said “I’m so glad you play here”

He was smiling on the inside. Any father will tell you, he was happy for his son right
there. He just couldn’t show it.

This. Amazing how many don’t realize.

Coach Bianco was mad that his son disrespected the other team, especially when his dad is the coach. They made eye contact as Drew was headed to 3rd and that look we all saw, was 100% about a dad letting his son know what he did was wrong.

There will be plenty of time for father and son to be happy about the HR after the game.

He smiled after the game and told Drew he’s glad he’s playing at LSU. He told him there’s no place like it
