Often, they are one in the same (definitely the case with me), but which team has the most loyal and passionate fanbase overall? At this point, I'd have to say the Saints. No way the Superdome starts to clear out in the 3rd quarter tonight, no matter what is going on.

Well, the Saints are 13-0 and they sell beer in the Dome.

The Saints are giving us a great season, but there is no way the two game day sites will ever compare. Give me an LSU-Bama ticket over a Saints-Cowboy ticket any day!

Saints fans are more loyal. But, they have always had much lower expectations than LSU fans.

Saints, and it isn't even close. Those guys have suffered through years of losing and loyalty to "next year." Finally, next year is here.

Saints fan...no doubt.

There's a reason for the term "rantard."

I would say LSU fans. LSU fans represent better on the road than saints fans. LSU fans also pay more for tickets. Not taking anything away from Saints fans they are great, second only to Packer fans. They sit in Zero weather to watch there team play thats saying something

Is the Dome more hostile an environment for opponents than Tiger Stadium right now? I think so. No doubt, LSU's gameday experience is better, but everyone is drunk and exhausted by haltime and they want to leave to go drink some more. The Dome is 60 minutes of noise. LSU fans can learn a lot by tapping into the Saints side of their fan experience.

There are more LSU fans than Saints fans. LSU brings in a new crop of fans every year from all over the nation. Saints just have the southeast Louisiana region (including southern Mississippi).
Not to mention, LSU reaches a larger sports audience because it competes in just about every sport. Not everyone is a football fan.

Thank doesn't necessarily mean they are better fans. LSU fans are constantly whining about football these days and we are still a very good, top 20 team.

Saints fans will show up to every game, even if they are 3-13.

LSU NC ticket!

But... I hope the Saints make it all the way.

I'm sorry guys...I bleed purple and gold, not black and gold.

Yeah, it looks as if the band wagon is getting a little heavy.

I'll take it though, it's more fun to watch them win than loose.
