Best Uniforms in CFB

Just wanted to drop a random appreciation thread for our uniforms/helmets. I truly believe that we have the most beautiful look in the nation. The white jersey/gold pants/gold helmet combo will forever be superior. Being a fan for so long you truly forget to appreciate how clean our threads are

I'm clearly biased, but our uniforms are top notch. Even the purple jersey with gold tops and bottoms is a bad arse uniform.

Me too. I don't like Penn St or Michigan, and I absolutely hate Bama but the simplicity of those uniforms makes them great.

In a world of so many red football uniforms, it’s always a wonderful thing to see a different, eye-pleasing color combination that just works. We don’t just look good in it, we own purple and gold.

You could make the argument for a few other schools but were clearly in the top 5 imo
UNC, LSU, Texas, Clemson, Florida would probably be my top 5 in no particular order. Maybe swap Clemson out with someone else.

Our uniform contrasts well against certain opponents too. The LSU/Florida matchup is CFB uniform heaven in my opinion.

LSU v Ole Miss is a great contrast with both having shoulder stripes, pant stripes and the school name (moreso nickname) on the helmets

Almost every recruit poses in the all whites for some reason. I’d much rather the standard uni mentioned in the OP.

My only gripe on the current uniforms it the number size. I know it’s to honor the 1958 championship team using a 58 degree angle on the numbers but I hate it. The older number size looks so much better. However , as long as the Tigers win I’m good with whatever number size

Then again, I like most green uniforms. Miami and Michigan St are both nice. Oregon could be nice but they dick with their colors too much.
