If we look clueless on a 3rd day of starters for A&M and aren’t fresh and ready to go tomorrow night, we have big problems.

I’d be satisfied to use every best arm we have to win one single game and then bow on out, get rested up for the regional. (Unless we are smashing the ball, and then I’d like to keep that mojo going to the end similar to 2009)

Would love to agree with you but I believe they are now in the NCAA tourney unless bids are stolen from smaller conferences. In the past, they don’t make the SEC Tourney and their season was over, think LSU that ended with a 23 RPI one season and wasn’t invited from that bull shite. Since the SEC changed the formatting these 2 wins puts them at 13 and their RPI will get a boost. They are at 51 with a 9-17 record vs Q1 and 3-4 vs Q2 if Warren Nolan is up to date.

LSU is now sitting at an 8 RPI.

I personally think with the losses by Auburn and Georgia in their first games there is no doubt we are a lock for Top 8 no matter what.

This is why I said the other day I ain't doing any trash talk about A$M bc we might face them. After we beat them then I'll trash talk them.

That play, and the aftermath, looked terrible. Dude was in excruciating pain. And his knuckles looked like little balloons.

I love to make fun of the Aggies as much as anyone else, but I hated to see his college career possibly end like that

A&M is sitting at 50 rpi. If they lose to us, they are done

Don't extend Kade or AE. Strict pitch counts ~75p or so.... other than that go win the damn thing. It's only 3 games.

I cap him at 75 or let him finish the inning. That happens in.

Texas A&M needs a win much more than we do at this point.

I like our chances with our #1 going up against their #3 and a top bat being out for them.

But, temper expectations. Teams tend to play well when their backs are against the wall. A&M has a lot of talent in that dugout.

You are assuming they are pitching a #3. They started so early this week they were likely throwing mid week pitching.....and still have a good pitcher left

It would be fun to see two wins with our two aces and top relievers, and in the championship game we can find out who among the second tier relievers is ready to step up and play the Ackenhausen/Hurd role in Omaha.

Chase Shores redemption arc incoming.

Nope. In yesterday's post game press conference, aTm coach Early confirmed that they will throw their #3 starter Miles Patton who we fared the best against in the series in College Station

True, but their tank is nearly empty. We need to go out and put them away early.
