Driving RV from BR to Omaha. Is it easier up 61 thru Little Rock, or up 49 thru Tulsa? If something better please let me know.

I've been a few times to Omaha and if I were driving an RV, I would take i-55 to St. Louis and then to Kansas City. Going through Arkansas is slow but it's scenic.

Was wondering the same thing, in a car however. We went through Arkansas, but it seemed like it took fricking forever. Is it quicker the other way?

55 to St Louis, 70 to KC, 29 to Omaha

or

US 61 to Natchez to US 65 or 425 to Pine Bluff, 530 to I-40 then 540 to US 71 (I-49) up to KC, then 29 to Omaha

both work well

Only done it once but 55 70 29 is a very easy way to go only thing to be careful of is making sure you don't hit St. Louis rush hour. I hit it on a Sunday so no traffic issues. I found Arkansas really boring to many farms

I played JUCO in Oklahoma. Take the Indian nation turnpike. Shreveport to Longview, then north to Paris and the turnpike starts just north of it. Speed limit is higher and great for traveling basically as fast as you want. Limit should be at 75. You will get through Oklahoma faster. A bunch of old friends played in Kansas and Nebraska as well... Everyone went this way. You are able to go north much quicker than driving west to Dallas.... It's an easy route.

YUP!

I'm pulling my 5th wheel up there also.
Taking 55 up to Memphis, stopping for a little visit to "The King" & some BBQ. Thinking maybe The Rendezvous Restaurant, any thoughts on good BBQ?
Then onto Sikeston for my first over night stop.
Then up to 70 to KC then 29 to Alex Box North!
