Jimbo for sure

You could even make the argument that what Stoops has done at UK relative to what CEO has done at LSU, Stoops is the better coach right now.

I put Jimbo at 2 or 3 (behind Smart maybe). Damn I wish we could have gotten him. I'd still put O higher. I think he's a better pure HC than Mullen.

Everyone in the country said the CEO extremely out coached Smart in the UGA game. So not sure why you have him ahead of CEO.

Because there’s not a soul in the country besides the little Polish prince and the Orgeron family who’d pick O over him. Les out coached Nick at least 3 times; doesn’t mean he was the better coach the other 364 days a year.

Stoops is having a very good season, but can he build on that? In his last 5 seasons at KY his record is 26-36 and has the benefit of playing in the weaker SEC East.

Lots of people love throwing Jimbo Fisher's name in the mix. He won a natty with Winston. What has he done before and since. He is over rated and would not trade our coach for him.

I like how people just dismiss a national championship and 4 conference titles as no big deal, then get HYPED because we only lost to Bama by 14 last year.

With regards to Fisher and Stoops are you rating them that high on current record or past? Fisher is currently 5-4 and if he finishes well will only make A&M just as bad as it was under Sumlin, but he has a historically good record.

Stoops has been a barely above .500 or below coach in 5 previous seasons at KY, but has done well this year. So his high rating is for 1 good season?

Respectfully disagree man. The Aggies are definitely not a great team no matter what Bammers say -- at least not yet. But Jimbo has them playing tougher football. I think when he gets his offense in he'll do much better. I just hope we didn't miss out when we didn't get him. I think he's a solid football coach. Just my opinion.

I guess the past and currently. If we’re basing this 100% on this season then Coach O is actually second. He’s doing a good job despite what people on here say.

I do not know thats why I said you can make the case. As the program he took over was in shambles and again its Kentucky they are our conferences on basketball school where football takes a backseat which matters when you need every booster and total support to truly compete year in and year out in this league. He got UK into the Top-10 that in itself is a big deal. Hi record his first two years even in a bad SEC east does not mean as much to me.

You’d rather have Orgeron than Jimbo? Ehh I think not. You’ll be saying different once fisher gets his recruits in and starts winning big games. Not this year but it’ll happen. He’s a QB guru.
