Walk On's on Poydras is the best. Checkered Parrot on Royal is a good place too.

This is good advice. You have the City badge as your avatar, hop on the street car on Canal and head up to Finn McCool's in Mid City. There is always a good crowd all day, from early in the am for the EPL matches all the way through til kickoff for the LSU game.
