I still cannot believe LSU came back in Omaha and won the whole fricking thing ! 7 National Championships are unreal since 1991. Can’t wait for number eight !

Paul Skenes was the best thing that ever happened to this program, but I can already hear the complaining about our Friday night starter. We were so spoiled last year that Thatcher Hurd has an impossible situation next year being the guy to replace Paul with this fan base.

I like Jay but he had some Les Miles moments this year. He recruits really well and that will hide some deficiencies.

What were these moments? His bullpen struggles? He seemed to cover any flaws in this team with good coaching and decision making

Or maybe you just weren’t evaluating his decisions through the appropriate lens. He sacrificed a couple of regular season games with an eye on having the team at its peak in the postseason. Hurd and most of the bullpen rewarded him for it. Little didn’t pan out, but he didn’t see the field in postseason but for the throw away game against UF. That should illuminate what he was doing.

Thatcher got that dawg in him. I don’t know that anyone else has the balls to eat the opposing pitcher’s lunch before the game and then come in and be nails for 3 innings later that same day
