So wanting the team to improve week to week is not acceptable? Why is it that the offense had 0 vertical passing threat Saturday? That’s of no concern to you? OK. Let’s just all be satisfied with the season no matter what happens going forward.

I have never approached life that way, but then again I am not a loser.

he means moving forward with the future we roll with a guy who can get it downfield for starters. jd5 was just a band aid.

What part of vastly overachieved with the lack of talent and depth LSU had this year do you not understand?

Unfortunately we have some really stupid fans who are allowed to start topics. I wish a few of these guys could be banned simply because they are too stupid to be allowed to speak.

You know this how? JD has done all he can. It will not win the close games. At some point one must move on or continue in the same failed loser pattern. Which are you?

How can you prove it was overachievement? Some things about the offense have not improved a wit.

So it's OK to lose because the QB keeps doing the same stupid things over and over? OK. Thanks. We can now all relax.

BK went out and got JD from the portal. As it stands, JD is the best QB on the team. The other QBs are freshmen or RS freshmen. Brennan left the team. Do you understand BK will bring in more QBs via recruiting and having more time in the portal? This is YEAR ONE, and BK inherited a mess, a toxic culture and not many scholarship players. I don't think some of you understand how well BK and LSU did this year under the circumstances, and those were borderline dire at one point.

Remember, there were some people who before the season began were all upset that the national media didn't include LSU in the national championship conversation.

They want the coaches fired and the players benched after every loss.

They want the QB in the Heisman race after every win.

They have an illogical perspective on college football and don't understand why they get called out on it.

But, this is not just an LSU problem. There is some guy who runs a Georgia youtube fan channel who for the life of him cannot understand why Stetson Bennett hasn't been benched and kicked off the UGA team yet.

It's pointless to understand that mentality.

Special Teams sucked, hard to believe we don't have a single player capable of fielding punts. We typically don't even try anymore, we just let it bounce and roll. Many keep saying how good we'll be next year, that's to be determined. Once again, we'll be piecing together a secondary. We still don't have an explosive back for the running game. Hopefully M. Smith is fully healthy and ready to show what he can do. We lose some key players defensively so there's that. In all actuality, we could quite possibly have a worse season than this year. Just saying.

Matt House could leave and that would start the transition of an entirely new DC/system. There are no guarantees in sports. You have to seize the opportunity when it comes. In spite of what the media predicted LSU to do this year, everything was right there, and they didn't seize the opportunity. That's just a fact.

If JD enters the draft, we'd also be breaking in a new QB. I would've been more comfortable giving Nuss some snaps throughout the season and playing Howard in the UAB game and moving forward. Nothing too major, just a series a game or something like that.

Not the place to be on game day. The idiot meter goes off the rails when we lose.

This was, is and will be a great season to be an LSU Tiger.

The scoreboard during a game is one of the most toxic and self loathing places on the internet

so he has a hard time throwing 50/50 balls and doesn't throw a lot of interceptions...i can think of many other things that could be much worse for a qb to do

a good season is beating bama ...we did that ...nuff said

I know most of you don't want to hear this, but oh well.

We need to get out of this mindset. The Alabama obsession that has plagued this program for decades needs to stop.

We put so much on this game and I think it trickles down to the players. The season always seems to turn the opposite direction after this game no matter the result.

Like seriously, it's one game on the schedule. I don't care how much you hate them. To be a true championship program, year after year, you have to focus on each week and each opponant.

Alabama has lived rent free in LSU's head since 1958 when Bear Bryant stepped into Tuscaloosa. The results of the series since then proves it. The added pressure needs to stop.

But...it won't.

You miss the Bama game?

Every single poster like you is an imbecile. Too stupid to realize the only reason you’re disappointed right now is because Brian Kelly came in and vastly overachieved. Put LSU in the discussion year 1.

Or worse you need to belittle the season, call it unimpressive so you can whine and complain like a bitch.
