6th in the country - needs to be fired. Making the final 16 - lifetime contract and God-like status. Playing for national championship 2 years ago - needs to be fired. Coach that took 18 yrs to reach finals status - hero. Lots of level headed intelligence among this group! Sheep following what one fool posts so they can be liked. Possibly incapable of independent thought.

Woodard is a Tiger & all agree he is THE guy to take the programs to the next level. Great to see a Tiger come home.

I’m a couple years younger than you and I’ve seen a change through the years.
I’m not in the same place as you as far as expectations. We went through the Coach Mac years and after the success we had in the 2000’s, I’m no longer able to “settle” anymore. During coach Mac’s time we didn’t know any different in terms of experiencing a national championship. What we did know was our Tigers played hard and the fans were there to cheer them on no matter what.
Here is what I think:
1. Every coach is under review - every one. He will not accept mediocrity. Third in the west and not competing with Bama is nothing but mediocre. He fired a coach that 2 teams to the sweet 16.
2. Every administrative employee is under review AND THERE WILL BE CHANGES.

With ur logic, there would be no coaches and no sports left...roy Williams, calioari, coach k, jimbo, Herman, Mullen, and on and on would be unemployed by your standard's...college basketball is a great example...new champion every year and that's the way it should be...college football will be that way soon. Ill bet you are not number one in your mcdonalds shift every quarter.

People think UCF was good. That’s the joke of it all. UCF with McKenzie Milton is a completely different machine in offense.
