The 3 guys on scholly were recruited mostly when Les was head coach.
Ed still hasnt recruited and signed one of his own qbs. So if he thinks this guy gives him a better shot at winning, then you go for it. But that also mean you cant frick up the qb recruiting this cycle.

I remember Kenny Hills first game. He was awesome. Lit it UP. They named him Kenny Pigskin (ya know like Johnny Football). Well he turned out to be pretty average if I have it right. So The Burrow shows up does great stays two years and MB gets to put on some weight for another year or two or other guys get better whatever all three grow up a little that's great for us. The guys we have now obviously aren't ready based on Spring game performance. Maybe one or two of them transfer so what? Sounds like a great scenario for LSU fans and players who have gotten short end of the stick since Jan 2011.

Rare for qbacks to compete as sophomores? Maybe we shud watch a little more CFB on the television. Georgia went to the NCG w a freshmen. Bama benched their guy who had won the NCG as a freshmen etc

LSU needs to hang a picture of Blake Barnett in the QBs meeting room with a caption that reads "This is what happens to little bitches who transfer every time they don't start right away." Transfer and ego problem solved.

QB is one position that every team needs a qualified player. LSU doesn't have that.
