It would be one thing if the article were about Kelly lying to someone like Bryce Young's parents...which cased him to transfer. But this is a story about a below average QB who no one outside of his family and friends has heard of, and who plays at a school (BC) no one has paid attention to since 1984.
"Brian Kelly lied to my mom and dad. He said he wasn't sure he was going to play the kid (Ian Book) who won a shite load of games at ND. He's a bad guy!!!!"

So all this took place going into Jurkovec's Sophomore season?
Doesn't sound like to me Kelly ever made any promises regarding that particular season, but instead spoke to Jurkovec and his parents regarding the future, which Jurkovec said himself.
Sounds like butthurt and entitlement to me.

The problem in this day and age is kids quit or transfer as soon as it doesn't go their way
Does it suck for someone like Brennan, sure it does. But he was given every opportunity to be the guy but never took hold of it due to injuries, etc.
