Matt, I agree. I just think with all the upsets like today, voters are going to be a little more concerted in their voting. Normally, I'd say, yeah, they'll drop to the back of the line, but I just can't see people dropping OSU past #5 in most polls, and I think a bunch will keep them ahead of Arky since it was an OT loss (Arky got whooped by Bama) and the tragedy that happened.
If LSU beats Arky and UGA, and then OSU beats OU, I think it's almost definitely going to be LSU/OSU.

That headache could go away with a win Friday against the hogs. Maybe only 6 more days of headaches instead of 2 weeks.

Agreed.
The tragedy is going to keep the voters high on OSU if they can rebound against OU.

if we beat ark and then uga, they should just ship us the bcs trophy.

No one is really talkin about VaTech, but they COULD sneak in if human polls are so against the rematch. They are at 10-1, probably at 5 or 6 this week, have to play a surprisingly good UVA this weekend, Arky will lose and VaTech will be around 4. THEN they have to play a 12 or 13 ranked Clemson in the ACCCG. Win that, they are 12-1, won a conference championship game, and ranked very high...

IMO it would take a WHOLE lot for VT to make the BCSCG. It would inlcude LSU losing to Arky, Arky losing to UGA, Bama losing to AU and OU beating OSU.

You should see the SEC rant. I've got Arkansas fans calling me an idiot for disagreeing that they are an absolute lock for the NC game if they beat LSU

I almost can't devise a scenario where LSU loses by single digits and gets left out. It would probably involve Arkansas being ranked above both bama and LSU and it just seems unlikely voters would ever put Arkansas above a Bama team that beat them by 24
