For you LSU fans that went to the games, give an honest assessment of how the stadiums compare and which is better.

Thanks

Didn't go to the game but I can tell you right now that the new Box, IMO, looks better on TV......yes I know that TV doesn't tell the whole story but on TV the Box looks better to me.

When it isn't sleeting, snowing, 40 degrees, and/or pouring down rain, it's a very nice atmosphere to watch a game in.

Roughly 10,500 seats (9,200 chairback) and 34 luxury boxes. Left field allows for an additional few thousand to sit on the grass or use lawn chairs.

Based on those pictures, I like Arky better.

LSU should have forked over more money and put chairbacks in every section. I hate bleacher seats

I think the Baum looks great. One thing the Box needs is the padded railing in front of the dugouts. I'm not a fan of having nothing in front of the dugouts.

Will this be added later on? I know The Box is not completely finished.

Looks better than the box to me but like you said hopefully they are not done with the box. As long as there is a back on the bleacher seats like there is at the box I'm fine with it.

So those bleachers in Tiger Stadium suck too?

I MUCH rather the bleachers with the backs in Alex Box than the chair backs. The bleachers have a ton of room and you can stretch your legs out all the way. Now the OF blechers pretty much suck though.

I'll take Baum over the New Box any day. It is far and away the best college baseball facility in the country.

New Box was not as nice as I hoped it would be. Maybe once they get all the landscaping done outside the stadium it will be more appealing.

A Berm in RF, and a breezeway in CF would add to the new box. I just like the low wrap around look at Arky.

i'm much less impressed with baum now that i've seen the new box. the new box gets the nod as the best in the country. the new sarge is a very close second. baum's architecture is pretty bland. nothing unique

I've been to Baum and it's VERY nice. Looks better than a lot of AA minor league stadiums.
