We play about 49 football games every Saturday. Yet we can’t find a way to play 8 games on a Friday

Do they play 49 playoff games on a Saturday?
Y’all know how they pay millions of dollars to get to broadcast these games? Well they want to maximize the eyeballs on every single game and this is the best way to do that.

Its based on the # of regionals that played yesterday. After 16 super regionals for our team i figured we'd have a better grasp on how this works

Our side of the draw will likely have #1 Wake and then a blockbuster LSU/Tennessee matchup. Maybe the NCAA wants those games on Saturday because they will get more eyeballs.

ESPN wants some flexibility depending on which Friday Supers make it to game 3

Well our Game 2 time depends on the Fri-Sun regionals. If there are none, then our time needs to change.

I know why they do it, but in the past they have usually set game times for the first two.
