Ludwig was state MVP. When's the last time a true fresh at LSU. Shined? We are not talking UNC Duke caliber fresh. Thera not slot of talent on this team. It's not gonna turn in one year I hope I'm flat out wrong I hope derenbacher is lights out. And Eddie dominates but I just don't see it happening. Ludwig green are system players one where flow of offense gets them thier open looks Spencer isn't the type to run stuctured O. So he still has a bad mix. To me he's moving away from guys who relie on talent and more towards guys who are more fundimentally sound it'll take time to get what he wants and get them experienced

one of the ugliest halfs of ball i've ever seen and we're down only 10. although this team being down 10 is like being down 30

I guess MSUTiger was figuring LSU would beat UK when he guaranteed a LSU victory this week. Hopefully after this week, he'll quite with the bullcrap predictions.

And he was a 3-star non Top 150 recruit. He's not nearly as good as Derenbecker...a 4-star Top 100 recruit. There wasn't a single person on this board thinking Ludwig would be a major contributor this year.

Once agian ,it's easy to turn around in1 year in basketball. 13-18 -> SEC Champs. And that was with a very similar team...our team next year personnel wise blows this one away overall.

He's bringing in 3 Top 150 players in the country next season...maybe 4. I'd say that's a to nof talent.

None of the guys coming in are of that calibur and none were sec poy as fresh. And these guys played w each other. W only one being a fresh at a time

That's what I hate most aobut this team. Any other team scoffs at a 8-10 point defecit with a half to go...for us if we're not UP by 10 at the half we know we're going to lose.

bass, davis and thomas were FOY, tas would have been FOY if not for thomas. randolph had a good freshman season and went pro. temple had a fine freshman year defensively. go back to the late 90s with stro. torris bright had a nice freshman year. stringer could be that guy next season, time will tell.

Name one? Davis? he still struggled at times and had help around him. I hope I'm wrong but there won't be a quick fix. We went 13-18 to sec champs bc we sucked w vet players when tas went down then we got him back and Thornton turned it own we had everyone back and next years guys can't sniff talent and expierence on the 13-18 team

I believe I'm starting to lose my Faith for Trent Johnson. Even if the team has little talent Trent Johnson should have enough experience to make these kids a little more competitive. I mean dammit, 16 pts in the half?
