5'10 and 5'7I in the backcourt never helps defense. Darrell Mitchell worked because he played with a 6'6" point. He was also a decent ball-handler.

Keep in my that LSU is my second favorite SEC team when I say this but, this is the worst anyone in the SEC has looked while playing us.
I hope you guys can pull it together because I like Trent Johnson too but I'm ready to get this one over without an injury.

We all had better hopes for this team but TJ's recruits do not appear to be at the talent level needed to compete in the SEC--

A lot of bitching in this thread. What does everyone expect?
Kentucky is in a different universe when it comes to basketball. LSU needs to shell out the dough and get a sleaze ball cheat like Calipari if we want to play consistently at a high level.

solid fundamentals in the players, good coaching in this his 3rd year at LSU. 3 years is more than enough for him to build a team that can at least be competitive in the SEC. After this long, the shite job he's doing needs to stop being overlooked by the AD.
