move up 5 spots.

each poll is different. They were #19 while I watched ESPNU, but #25 in the 'real' one.

LINK

Sagarin has LSU ranked #5, and Sagarin is part of the BCS.

enjoy the link.

the ELO column is what the BCS will be based on. In that one Boise is #1, although for betting purposes, Sagarin has Boise much lower, right after LSU.

We won't go higher than 14th.

Offensively, we should be unranked.

Going on qb play we shouldn't be ranked.

Its a team game. the D is excellent. special teams is above avg.

Way to drop an individual comment right after the "team" comments

How could any one watch this team and then worry about a fricking ranking?

Granted, we won the game but considering how the offense played, we are fortunate to be where we are in the polls. The play calling by the coaches and the performance by the QB must improve or the team will lose several SEC games.
The defense is playing just fine but I think we need some imaginative plays on offense, something the opposing team doesn't know is going to happen.
The slant pass that Lee threw was fantastic...why not run that slant a little more often. When its 3rd and 6, don't run off tackle or throw a 3 yd pass...we need 6 yds. DUH!

If this team in the 14th or 15th or 16th --- or freakin 25th BEST team in NCAA -- then College Football in general SUCKS this year...

I have not checked on Murphy's injury, but I kept wondering what happened on Murphy's 'runs'. Maybe too much imagination and not enough blocking.

You know what the great thing is? The fact that half the country didn't see the game last night and will only read the box score..... on paper it looks like a blowout.
