Scuba. Thanks for the baseball posts. It is greatly appreciated.
Re your comments about the new scoreboard, did they put the pitch count on it?
Thanks for your input.

No pitch count yet. The scoreboard doesn't look as if they are using all its capabilities for the scrimmages. I hope it is improved for the regular season.

You post a photo from almost 20 years ago plagiarized from a Twitter post that we’ve all seen and you believe that is contributing something to a thread about today’s baseball scrimmage?!?

WTF is wrong with you?

Great info. Can someone please tell me we have a pitch counter on the scoreboard? That is seriously all I want. Don’t need better food or snacks or any other nonsense, all I want is a pitch counter on the board.

Edit: saw what scuba said. This needs to be addressed. It is not that difficult to have a pitch counter.

What I was told is a software change for the scoreboard display is being worked on to allow for each team’s pitcher having his pitch count displayed.

Scuba, just to confirm, these speeds are maximums right?

Looks like White pitchers struggled mightily - 6H/5BB/3WP between them.

Yes, the pitch speeds are the highest I saw displayed during the outing.
The walks hurt both Moffitt and Ripoll. Purple batters did a good job of getting runners in when the opportunity was presented.

Moffett is the one that should have been cut instead of Reid back in the fall
He has no business being on the roster

Today’s practice is being moved to 6pm with a 7 inning scrimmage starting at 7:15pm due to potential rain and Coach Mainieri wanted the boys to get a night practice in.
