*Bianco left the scrimmage after being hit on the elbow by a pitch.

Today's attendance was approximately 60 fans. I thought with the nice weather and it being a Saturday, the crowd would be greater. I guess since Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow, he inspired the K-Lady to come out of hibernation for today's scrimmage.

And why the 8? For Gilbert radar messing up or typo?

Marceaux is going to throw some really, really good games this year.

Sure would be nice if we would quit injuring each other and throw the ball over the damn plate. What is that now, 2 players that have left scrimmages early from being hit?

Gilbert faced only four batters and I was struggling to see the pitch speed on the scoreboard. If I saw it correctly, he maxed out about 82mph. They have recently added two tiger head logos in the lower corners of the scoreboard, where the pitch speed was, and moved it below the balls, strikes, and outs numerals. It is now much smaller than it was, previously, and more difficult for this old man to see.

Dugas was dinged in yesterday's scrimmage but returned today. It didn't look, to me, that Bianco was hurt too badly.

Reid already turning heads, somehow went 1-2 and struck out twice.

Marceaux looked as impresive as the numbers suggest I'm guessing?

Yes, he did. In the all of the scrimmages he has pitched since arriving, he has looked very impressive. It's easy to see why he will be a weekend starter.

ROBBED. Ray Wright stole what was a sure home run from Stanford in the 2000 National Championship Game en route to the Tigers fifth national title.

Please leave baseball alone. We don't need, or want you. We have people, like Scuba, who actually attend and give us information we couldn't find on Twitter.

And why must you come try to hijack this thread? Go back to spamming the board with your own threads.

I don't think you know what the word "hijack" means.

It is when you enter a thread about something, say "baseball" and not talk about "baseball".

Like some idiot hijacking a thread to only talk about another poster who is actually posting about baseball. That would be considered hijacking a thread.

There's really only one catcher at the moment, Brock Mathis. Doughty is pressed into service due to Garza's knee being hurt. Willis caught for the first time at LSU today but, only made one throw to second that I recall. Mathis had one chance to record a cs of Dugas but his throw was too high for Smith to make the tag. Smith stole second on Willis after his first at bat but, nobody else attempted a steal.

Quit trying to ruin a very good and informative thread. If you can't stay on subject don't post at all. Your drivel adds nothing to the board

We really don’t need your shite around this sport. Either drop the dumb shite or stay out of the threads it’s that easy.

All you bring to the table is infighting and drama. Just be fricking normal for baseball.
