Who cares? If he hit well people would just say our pitching sucked. Kid can’t do anything right even though he’s proven to be a very solid hitter in the SEC. He’ll be fine.

You won’t be able to complain about much with this team once the season starts. How will you survive?

I am Just here to talk ball constructively. Very few like my style but I would never call it complaining.

Very few posts you have are constructive. You ignore 90% of the facts that contradict your opinions.

Hard for me to say nippolt is the first backup at 2nd or 3rd yet, dugas has been out too long to know for sure. Dugas could slide in at either spot. I think he is definitely the backup shortstop though

Dugas just isn't good enough defensively to say that he could just slide into either position. I think he will be able to play in clusters but Jay will not leave him at one of those spots long term because his defense just isnt good.

Saw a couple 95-97 and a ton a cutters. But it looked like Skenes and Taylor threw majority off speed.

That may be true. But its hard to remember how good/bad he is in the infield. Havent seen him play there in like 3 years.

Jay paraphrasing just recently: "yea, he has a strong arm to turn double plays and basically only makes the routine play"
