Saw that. Good idea.

Also from leah vann’s latest article.

Milazzo in the lead to start at catcher.
Crews will play centerfield and right field.
Also, as i mentioned before, Jay once again mentioned the main 4 hitters (crews, berry, morgan, doughty) and said Thompson could be in that group once healthy. So no mention of dugas yet again.

So weird to me. I know he hasn’t set the world on fire in practice but the kid produces. Hard to imagine he’s not one of the top 5 hitters on this team.

I do remember him struggling in the fall the last 2 seasons. So i guess its not shocking if he isnt crushing right now. He warms as the weather does

I was thinking the same thing but wasn’t going to mention it since I don’t have the greatest memory for those sort of things.

2 out of 3 are shockers
I think you will still see a lot of movement early

I might be foolish and I might be wearing purple and gold glasses but I truly think that this pitching staff is going to be a whole lot better than anyone is expecting them to be.

As of right now I think we see Milazzo at catcher 2 of the 3 games. Tre at 1st, Doughty 2nd, Thompson SS, Berry 3rd, Dugas LF. Crews, Jobert and Bianco in the other 2 spots. Depending on the other teams pitcher as to whether it’s Jobert or Bianco. Beloso at DH. Money Friday, Cooper Saturday and Hilliard Sunday. I do think things could change after this weekend. Not sure about the health of Thompson also. I also think you see one of the power bats at the back end of the order. I would guess Beloso or Dugas. Strictly my guess

How had Doughty looked at SS? In the event that Thompson reaggravates his knee is Doughty the backup plan?

I told y’all last season I thought Thompson would become a pretty good hitter.

If that plays out that moves my percentage of being right up to about .128.

Dugas has number 8. How much more mentioning does he need?
