With two outs he wanted to make sure the runner stayed at first and they way that inning was going that ball would have ended up in the dugout.

Thanks to CPM, Texas Tech is now ahead. Getting ready for CPM's patented pitching merry go round. I know he can't make the pitcher throw strikes, but he has a history of pulling pitchers that are doing good and letting struggling pitchers dig 'em a hole. Then, it normally develops into a laughable panic. Hopefully, Newman can settle in and deliver.
