Why is Stallings the closer? Person or Bugg are better and its not close.

Will our inability to close out close games cost us in the postseason? I mean, this team has the pieces, closing games however seems to be an ongoing problem and a missing piece. I thought we really learned who to trust down the stretch but we continue to see Stallings come in and blow it time and time again.
