Dave Grewy(sp??)the pitching coach was on with Songy today he said that if we had a lead in late innings today Coleman would come in to close it out. Then Ross would start Saturday and Coleman on Sunday. Which I thought was a good plan. But with an 8 run lead with 2 inning to play I would yank him and save for Sunday. If he throws 3 inning tonight then he will only be good for 4 or 5 on Sunday. But hey Bertam used to do some crazy things and it seemed to work out so lets see if Manieri can pull the same tricks.

there was no reason for him to throw today. we are wasting pitches from him right now. Is it really that hard to understand? He wasn't needed tonight and could have just thrown tomorrow. If it was 2-1 it would be different

lets see what the bottom of the 9th looks like. I only count about a dozen pitches so far for the 7th & 8th.

I think we should bring someone else in the 9th. Pitching 2 quick wouldn't be that big on his arm. Just a glorified bullpen.

Al i'm saying is your not the coach and there was a reason that he put him in!!!!!! I mean does every decision made by a coach have to make sense for you??
