Chinea is no doubt Cuban. Especially being from Miami with that name.
Eta- Just looked him up and both his parents are Cuban, his dad is an immigrant from Cuba and mother is Cuban descent. Pretty cool he winds up at LSU. Paul Manieri with the Florida connections.
