A coach is allowed three free trips to the mound a game.. so he has to come out on the 4th time to the same pitcher....

Suspect recruiting
I just don't see a lot of talent offensively on this team. I mean, if Ryan Schimpf or DJ LeMahieu were struggling, you knew they had talent and would eventually get it straight.

gonna have to link this broseph. must be a college only rule. I know in MLB the same pitcher could be visited every single inning...

Just got home. I must say, that the bottom of the 4th may have been the worst broadcast inning that I have ever heard in my life. Hawthorne continued to switch back and forth with the # of outs within the same batter. He once said, "And now with 2 outs the infield will move back to double play depth." He screwed the count up with the very next batter. It was just awful.
Also, are we going to make McCune our mid-week game starter? If he is not the first guy out of the pen on the weekends (prior to the 8th inning), then what are we going to use him for. He's too good of a pitcher to waste.
