Will the double header games be 9 innings each? Seems like they go to 7 for DHs sometimes, but maybe I'm misremembering.

Sorry Alec forgive me, you sound like a good guy and i'm not used to that around here. The balls fly better in warmer weather

I don't know for sure, but I'd guess they would be 9 with the run rule in place.

7 inning games are only for Sundays (or Saturdays if the series started Thursday) during SEC play. It so that teams can play shorter games on getaway travel days.

The biggest issue to watch for is the north wind. Which at the box blows in. These winter fronts move thru and the wind howls in. Not too bad today. It’s out of the north but not too much. Last weekend was strong winds. The cold definitely takes a little pop out of the ball

You'll know that the world is truly coming to an end when LSU plays all of its early season games on schedule.

I could be wrong but I think OOC games can be two 9-inning games if both coaches agree to it

Do we get Curiel for two or three years? What’s the rule on draftable sophomores?

Looks like he turns 21 in May 2026 so i believe he’s draft eligible after next year.

Now the second game of the Tigers/ Mavericks twin bill begins at straight up 5 PM, EXACTLY the same time LSU/ Florida MBB begins!

Won't attendence in The Box suffer, esp with the less-than-clement weather forecast?
