CBS gets first shot at it, then ESPN, then RayCom sports.
If you see an SEC team on ABC, it's because the home team is a non-SEC team that has a contract with ABC. Generally speaking, for non-conference games the first shot at picking up the games is in accordance with the contract of the conference that the home team is in.
So, to answer your question, ABC will NOT be picking up the LSU-Alabama game.

I really hope its on FX,they have the coolest first down yardage markers that say the teams name when it's their ball.

I hope its on Charter's OTM cable channel. One camera angle,no stats and guys who mispronounce names rock.

Oh Critical mass of Rant.. I humbly apologize for my typographical errors on my post and sincerely hope that your massive intelegence allowed you to understand the meaning of my message.
1. Since all of you are OBVIOUSLY so much smarter than me, I must now apologize for my ignorance of not knowing that ABC could not cover this gave.
2. I am totally aware that LSU lost a game. Unlike some of you I was sober enough to watch the game.
3. Unlike you all possessors of all of the world's knowledge, I truly belive that my beloved Tigers will not lose again.

The game has been picked up by CBS. Kick off is at 2:30. Friend works for CBS and confirmed yesterday it has already been arranged.

I think it will be the 2:30 CBS game since they will get first pick. I aslo think that the powers that be at LSU and BAMA would rather have Saban in and out of BR, the earlier the better.

That game is the 1st, when we play Tulane. I was going to say if it was the same weekend, CBS would pick UF-UGA and we would get Espn at night versus Bama. Oh well.

Did my big words confuse you? I'm sorry! I actually attended classes at LSU and didn't just look at the campus from the Miss. River Bridge, when I drove into BR from Pierre Part.
