And, really, you might be one of the most worthless if you think it's okay to come on here and bash high school seniors.

People do have a right to say whatever they want. It just doesn't need to be stupid or harmful to our football program.

I think some posters need to stfu.

I just can't see where passing for 143 yards, against Ga tech should make him the starter. We will have more than that, running out of bounds will not do it either. protecting the ball is good, but you have to score too.

Seriously....he had a couple months to learn the playbook. You're not going to put up huge numbers running the same plays over and over. All he had to do was not screw up, something Lee couldn't handle.

if you haven't questioned many of the decisions that les miles has made in his tenure, you are either:

A. Brain dead
B. a Lemming

63 yard field goal into the wind....for the WIN???....awwww

JJ played good The first half, but in the SEC he will have too play good both halves.

Arkansas was his first start EVER and he was a TRUE freshmen. He did not have a year in the system like Lee and outperformed Lee while only in the system a couple months. They did not utilize the entire play book for JJ because he did not grasp it all by then. They did the same for Lee yet Lee still turned the ball over way to many times. Now JJ will have a year under his belt when the season begins and by what his teammates are saying, he is grasping the play book and taking it all in. JJ is the starter/thread
quote:

What if he gets fat? What if he skips practice? What if he falls asleep in meetings? What if he completes 0% of his passes in the spring? Now, I certainly don't think he'll do any of those things, but the point is that he is still going to have to perform right now and in the future. What he did in November and December was nice, but it's not going to win us games THIS season.

Dumbest post of the day. Somebody get this man a trophy!

All of them look good because nobody is rushing them.
Based on his film, His throwing mechanics are very similar to broadway. Broadway is a better runner.

re: bo spencer

Posted by lsubeast on 3/15/09 at 11:01 pm to
Last game spencer had 0 assists in 32 minutes. Chris bass had 4 in 8 minutes. Point guards pass first, shoot later. Bo needs to step it up if we want to make a run.

re: It's NOT the officiating ....

We live and die off the three, rarely drive to the hoop, therefore we do not draw the fouls a team who scores down low does. I wish Trent would play chris bass more when spencer is not doing well, he makes plays, drives to the hoop, and adds a spark when he is in the game.
