The only time the run game works is when the other team thinks we’re gonna have to pass it (third and long). Almost all of Durham’s big runs this year have come on draw plays when we’re behind the chains. We are just a terrible run blocking team, especially our interior line. And now we lost one of our starting guards and have to put our backup in. I don’t see much change in our run game success anytime soon.

Maybe if we used more than just TWO different running plays we could actually gain some yardage. Thomas is begging for more touches and is a thread to break one on almost any play.
