I don't see that at all living in Bama. I hear nothing but what a great player he is. Do we fear him, not fear I would say but we know he is the best back we will face. We will have to play absolutely the most physical game all year to stop him but we are capable of doing that where not any team in the SEC are. Will we win, I don't know but I know this, we will hit him harder and more often than South Carolina and Florida. We're gonna play in 3 weeks and all will be settled then. We got our 2nd biggest game of the year this week and we need this one first.
As far as being butthurt over his heisman, not really. I don't hear many folks talk about it. Maybe you listen to sports talk radio and those idiots but nobody is bad-mouthing him from what I've heard living in Birmingham. Now, Cam I was butthurt but he played for Auburn. People are still complaining about that one to this day.

If LSU fans are self-loathing, Gumps are out of control narcissists. They don't really analyze other teams with any real pursuit of truth, they just decide on a narrative and stick with it. Lose to Ole Miss? No worries. Just pretend it never happened and rage ignorantly about LSU. On the rant, any sensible Bama fan that veers from the narrative, tends to get blasted with the quickness. The average Gump has not seen more than token highlights of any LSU game this season. All they know is that Harris "can't pass a lick" and LSU is "one damn dimensional" and Les "Caaaant beat CNS, ya'll. RMFTR"...

All the Bama fans I have talked to have nothing bad to say about him or the LSU team. They are confident in their team and I don't blame them but they know LSU is a great team also.
They have the same want that we have, an arse whipping on November 7th except for one minor difference in who delivers that arse whipping.

Bama fans are typically delusional and easily "butt hurt" or jealous. They're like a little kid that doesn't get the same toy the other kid got.
