The NSA literally records every phone call that everyone makes. There’s no need to confiscate her phone. It’s theater.

she hasn't already. Nobody has seen her in about 2 weeks now.

I can imagine her hiding out in a mosque.

Hate to say mean words but...damn thats stupid. I mean IC propagandist stupid.
Who says the NSA gets in court? Takes a side legally in anything? You don't need hard evidence? You can just trust the NSA to back a court case. You can't be this stupid. right?

HubbaBubba spoke to this earlier in the thread. If the NSA got involved in this, they aren't going to hand things over to the FBI. You might could see a situation where they tell them where to look like off the record, but the NSA doesn't get involved in DoJ investigations like that. For several reasons. The two most obvious ones being separation of powers issues and the fact that prosecutors can't build criminal cases built on classified signals intelligence. They need physical evidence.

Hey Google our friend

quote:

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National Security Agency (NSA) are logistically integrated but operationally and legally distinct arms of the U.S. government. While they collaborate closely on shared digital infrastructure and joint task forces, strict legal "walls" keep them apart to prevent the creation of a monolithic domestic surveillance state.

Irrelevant. The NSA was created for handling foreign issues and national security. Not conducting criminal investigations of the governing body that created the agency.

Oh, I am very emotional. My beautiful country is under attack by Somali scam artists who have a vote to govern me...and psych cases like you who are intent on making everything that made this Country great and unique totally obsolete.
Yep, emotional as frick. I am pissed and ready to see people hang for treason.
