I had to go back and read your first post. I read it as you crapping on Deculus, after reading your explanation of what you meant, the first post seemed much clearer.

If I understand correctly, you are not suggesting he peaked early but more like wondering if he thinks missed his chance and that the lows at the end felt lower because of the highs that came before, like the exhilaration of the 2019 season.

Always remember Grant Hill saying that after making the Millions in the pro’s that if given the chance, he would go back in a heartbeat to his college days… many of us are kind of like that, but no one has that option….. Just make the most out of today, life is short…..

Man, as much as I would love to do it all over again, my life has been nothing but blessings, even the rough spots. Your life is EXACTLY what it is meant to be. Just try to live it each day to the fullest by helping others. We are measured by the number of people at our funeral.

Shaq has also said that the college years were the best.

When Texas came to Alex Box a few years ago, Roger Clemens' son was playing against us and Roger was more than welcome to join the LSU pre-game show on 98.1.
Roger said nothing he did in MLB baseball came close the feeling of winning the 1983 CWS. That's his message to college baseball players to this day.
