tank bigsby is not a concern. what auburn does with him is the concern. bigsby is being propped up by some horrifically bad defense. auburn's misdirection could be a really bad matchup for lsu's d at this point. de's are not setting the edge. lb's are getting sucked in, taking bad angles, missing tackles. nix might have a big day scrambling

Be careful what you wish for.... they’re the ones who might get laid Saturday night.

I haven’t decided how bad that will be for them, though. What are we talking about again?

In all seriousness, the AU running game will be a challenge for us, one that we better be up for

Bigsby is good, but Nix is meh and that will make them one dimensional, LSU outscores em

Lets hope Gus keeps to norm and fricks it up. I predict Auburn averages around 7.5 ypc and then for some crazy reason stops running the ball....aka Gus!

He is EXACTLY the type of RB I love. He has all the tools of an elite RB prospect. If we can't set the edge and do something with the LBs, he'll run for 200 on us.

He's a stud, but I don't think any team can solely run the ball and beat us. They will have to pass the ball some and I think that plays into LSU's hand. Auburn's QB is struggling and hopefully our DBs will finally start playing up to their potential. Our defense needs to build off of last week's performance and continue to improve. If our defense falls back into its old habits, they could run us out of the stadium.

Ha! No

We hold him to 200 yards with a strip or two and make the team completely one dimensional causing nix to have 2+ fumbles and 1+ picks that's a win lol....

I hope he's really unmotivated (but physically in great shape) and has an underwhelming game this weekend, but makes up for it by getting 400 yards against the Gumps.

Load the box and play man on the back end. We have to put the game on Nix’s arm and not let their run game go crazy.
loading the box is not going to help if you can’t contain the edge and tackle.

If we don't get a more physical and disciplined defense and fast, Bigsby will have 100 yds rushing in the first half!
We don't seem to know how to set the edge again and the auburn misdirection will be an issue. A winable game but the front 7 must improve physically to control the auburn run game. To force Nix to beat us over the top also could be a problem. Should be another interesting game on several fronts. Does LSU grow as a team or stall.

What a name for a running back

I thought Tank Bigsby was a great football name - then I saw his given name, Cartavious Bigsby, which may be even better.

That kid is about to go Kenny Irons on our defense. We still win though
