It CLEARLY is to the SEC.

That is opinion. No bylaws of SEC has been broken whatsoever, have they?

Seems pretty shady to me, bordering on extortion.

In this scenario, the players would be filing suit, not the SEC.

Do you want to take the risk of them getting the path to potentially find that evidence?

Like evidence that Lane Kiffin texted a player in a Clemson classroom to leave school and come to LSU?

Oh wait, that was Pete Golding. League vote to expel upcoming?

Yes absolutely. You don't think Chambliss recevied guidance from Ole Miss?

They only used the NCAA.

This site was so much better when you got put in timeout. We are all hoping for another misstep that sends you back.

Are you an expert in patent law? Notice how you never denied claiming being an expert in of the other law fields. How does one in his 40s become an expert in multiple fields of law?

Because I know Chambliss didn't sue the SEC. I quoted the relevant part of your post. Is the / doing more work than it should in your post, or is this just you being obtuse to build the post count as per usual?

That makes a big difference to the SEC, clearly.

The SEC is much more relevant than the NCAA

I would wager that's why you left it out.

I told you why I left it out. I would wager you just don't like the response and are getting defensive.

Why did you include the NCAA in your post if you didn't want anyone to address it?

Defensive? No.

The SEC being sued is the most crucial part. That's what distinguishes this from all the previous matters.

Remember, this is the comment that created this digerssion

quote:

If they have equal evidence other teams within the conference did the exact same as LSU

It's only "the exact same" if the SEC is included.

The only reason I responded is because you mentioned the NCAA. You could just say you erred and it's all good.

I didn't err. This has been explained. If you want to ignore the point, it's on you.

predictable as always.

The answer to your original question remains "yes, absolutely."

What about UT rostering Cole Hutson or Ole Miss with year 6 Trinidad Chambliss?
