Stupid frat stars who leave games before or right after half...like why even go to the games if you don't support the team.

I don't have a problem with fans standing for big plays, big 3rd or 4th downs etc I get up for them too,...I am not overly happy sitting behind some a-hole who feels compelled to stand the entire game for no apparent reason but I would never bitch about it nor would I say anything...you paid for your seat and you do what you want... By the same token, if I choose to stay seated or leave early or sell my Bama ticket to Saban's maid, that is my right and I don't care to hear ANYTHING about it from some idiot whose whole identity is wrapped up in being a fan of a college team...

BIGGEST pet peeve? That the crowd is getting to the point where it's not OK to stand up and yell on defense. Then GTFO of tiger stadium, that's what we're known for and I believe it helps us win.

Other significant pet peeve?

PPL Leaving early.

The earliest I leave is like 5-4 minutes left in the 4th quarter, sometimes 6-7 mins left. That's the only reasonable time, and only if it's a blowout, damnit.

So 6 pages and nobody really agrees with me about the tee shirt thing? Interesting.

Ranting specifically about LSU apparel never goes over well, but I'll play along.

1) Ladies who wear leopard print clothes for LSU games. Trophy wife was wearing leopard leggings at a tailgate Saturday. Her friend walked up and said "OMG you have on your tiger pants!" The lady was absolutely flattered.

2) Wearing an LSU sport specific shirt to the wrong sporting event. I know LSU has a great baseball team, but this is a football game.

3) Wearing a game day shirt for a game that was played against another team. LSU played Washington on Saturday and not Oregon.

4) I honestly don't care for the purple and gold striped overalls.

5) People that don't wear any school colors. If you are a USC alum at the game, then at least wear a USC shirt. It makes for good fun for everyone else.

6) I said it earlier, and I will say it again. I absolutely loathe knock off LSU jerseys. If you are over the age of 12, then please wear something else.

7) Clothing with the full swoopy Tounces. I am tolerant of just the head, but I prefer to not see it on anything.

8) The Ed Hardy/Affliction style LSU clothes.

9) Jorts

10) Crocks

Those who fail to understand how far LSU has come. Zero appreciation for anything less than a title. The fans who started following in 2003.

that they think people care about their personal analysis and thoughts about every game, and start a thread about it.

That's a good one.

I loathe our entitled fans that don't realize they are experiencing the pinnacle as an LSU fan, and have been experiencing it for the last decade....and just aren't happy unless they spot everything that's less than perfect, or just have to bitch about something.

The goddamned obsession with ESPN, Alabama and U$C. LSU has an awesome football team, there is no reason to obsess about other teams or the one network who has given LSU infinite publicity.

How some come on here and ask questions about schedules, rosters, game times and general LSU sports info without doing any research first. "Hey, guess what?! Try lsusports.net dumbass."

Currently the "CLM should be winning 90% of his games" set. This is the mentality that sinks programs in time.

That's the expectation of most LSU fans, not just a few. I think everyone would be extremely disappointed with a 3-4 loss season considering the talent and the situation the program is in right now.

Barry Switzer - 157–29–4 (.825)

etc, etc

I'm not quite sure what to say.

Say what everyone, including you think. You too would be disappointed if LSU lost 3-4 games this year. I don't think anyone could say they would be pleased with that. The expectations are as high as they will ever be.

Even great coaches have their detractors when production falls, after years of playing at a high level. Saw it happen with Paterno, Bowden, etc...

The old saying that you can become a victim of your own success comes into play here, sometimes you create expectations that are extremely high. We are at that level right now. We all expect LSU to contend for the SEC every year.

Fat women and even worse, men, wearing Mardi Gras beads, especially at away games like they're some fricking novelty or pretend that MG is year round. I don't get it.
