Slapping the arse of a female on the street is a lot different than a male in a football locker room after winning the national championship.
It is disingenuous to compare the two situations. They aren't even the same charges.

I feel like situation and context still matters.
If he goes and does this in a mall, he probably just gets thrown out. I still wonder if he even gets arrested. Perhaps he does, but it would have happened on the spot. Not three days later.
I've been to parties where drunken people do stupid ish, but people don't go pressing charges.
It's a locker room of celebration and he was acting a fool. Is this security guy really this damaged over it? I can't imagine any guy would be, but it's whatever.

But it doesn't give someone the right to put their hands on anyone else without their consent. No he should be embarrassed for acting like a cocksucker for making such a big deal about them smoking cigars. Had he not been a giant douche, none of this would've happened.
