Jay blew the Shores/Little transition two games in a row. Shores has a limit and Jay needs to have a better sense of that before allowing baserunners to get on in a tie game and put Little in a situation he isn’t dominant enough to handle.

I agree, but we had 7 hits to their 2 heading into this inning. I regret we walked two batters before giving up the 3 run homer.
We have to have better approaches at the plate.
