It was funny to see so many of you like him, talk a ton of shite then when he said he's coming back welcomed him with open arms.

Kid is a nut and needs some help.

Can’t miss what you never had. He had a chance to make a relevant play in the Alabama game. He didn’t. Prior to leaving he had as many targets as any other TE in the country, yet had very little impact. Unless he gets his mind right and decides to play tough, he won’t make any significant impact at Georgia. He has all of the talent in the world , but a lot of issues between the ears that hold him back.

I don’t even think highly enough of Arik Gilbert to think of him as Tiger Bait. I would prefer to never hear his name again. That would make me happy.

UGA will make him an All-American and first round draft pick, just watch. He would've been both of those things if he stayed at LSU too. He's an absolute freak of nature, one of the biggest freaks of nature EVER coming out of high school. If this kid had a stronger mind, he'd be stuff of legend.

And they're going to somehow skirt the eligibility rules and get him eligible. Several ways to do this:

- Argue he's a COVID transfer (SEC hasn't ruled, but NCAA has)
- Argue he had a mental condition and needed to be closer to home (this is possibly a legit argument)
- Argue something else forced him to transfer like racism

His grades likely aren't even an issue with UGA, they'll get anyone eligible.

You can’t fix stupid

And you really can’t fix crazy.

I actually feel sorry for the kid.

But he has some serious problems that can’t be fixed by college coaches.

He and Zach Evans would get along great.

Isn’t Evans doing well at TCU?

It's not out of the realm of possibility they could at least hold their own next season

Hold their own? Our receivers will kick the shite out of every secondary they face next year. Our line will be very good; our RBs and TE will be at least good; and the only offensive question mark for me is QB - will it be fair? Great? Or in between?

WR room ain't great either unless some true freshman step up in a MAJOR way. Our receiving options are completely unproven.

Hopefully Kole Taylor makes strides and some of these freshman can really ball out.

Other programs on the SECr wouldn’t be talking about this if it weren’t embarrassing to LSU

How is it embarrassing for LSU? Who cares what some morons on SECR think. This is more telling for Gilbert than LSU.

We have some hybrids on campus that have the "want" to compete and the tools to do just that. Gilbert probably sees that as well. O has been gushing about Beche among others.

Let it all out because I’m tired of hearing about this guy. Like others have said; he’s a cancer! Good riddance

Orgeron getting played again. Gilbert is a loser, and Orgeron is a loser for chasing him like a schoolgirl.
