get past Nov 5th unscathed and I will jump up and down and shoot sparks out of my arse. But I will always be excited to watch my Tigers play win or lose.

No it isn't.

Insanity: noun, plural insanities.

1. the condition of being insane; a derangement of the mind.
Synonyms: dementia, lunacy, madness, craziness, mania, aberration.

2. Law. such unsoundness of mind as frees one from legal responsibility, as for committing a crime, or as signals one's lack of legal capacity, as for entering into a contractual agreement.

3. Psychiatry. (formerly) psychosis.

4.extreme foolishness; folly; senselessness; foolhardiness:
Trying to drive through that traffic would be pure insanity.
a foolish or senseless action, policy, statement, etc.:
We've heard decades of insanities in our political discourse.

The LSU admin are a huge impediment to the success of the football program but it isn't because they believe that 8-10 wins is good enough. If they did, it would be fine. If they didn't, it would also be fine. The problem is that the LSU administration doesn't actually know what the frick they want and decided to fight about it through the national media. That is not fine.

Be a miles basher or supporter. Either is fine as far as I am concerned but both sides of that debate should be pissed with the administration for how the last month went down.

The peculiar thing is most blame Coach Miles for winning 8-10.

the peculiar thing is he's lost less that 10 games only 3 times since he's been here but you guys keep throwing these numbers out like its the norm

I'm excited to see the players take the field.

Pessimistic about our playoff chances.

Indifferent to the fact that we probably won't win the conference.

...mostly meh right now , but gradually get more excited after a 4-0 or 5-0 start , then will crash mercilessly back to meh as latter season losses pile up ..

Dear Diary,

Mood: Apathetic.

Have been since 1/9. I can't help it. If there was viagra for LSU football I would take it.

Sorry if TMI.

I'm still trying to recover on the whole miles debacle. The feeling of actually believing that miles was gone and then to have it all come crashing down has been really hard to get over.

I've haven't felt this indifferent about and upcoming game/bowl in quite some time. It's hard to even care anymore knowing it will be more of the same as for the upcoming season also.

Bleh on it all, the magic is over.
