Winning bowl games certainly is a major criteria for being an elite program. That being said.......

Not really. 3 4 and 5 loss seasons and losing 3 of the last 4 bowl games does not equal "elite". Miles paycheck is elite, his results are not.

Come on bro really. If 10-3 is the worst we can do considering the slate of teams we play year and year out. Then yes we are Elite and will remain that way.

Is USC elite? Losing on NYE doesn't scream elite, but define elite?
