He was in the 2025 draft. He never signed a NBA contract. The SEC decided in August he was ineligible just…because it was Wade

Niang was a draft and stash player. He was automatically entered into the NBA draft because he turned 22 the year of the draft. Auburn has a player, Ngoy, drafted this year as a draft and stash. He is 22 and was just cleared by the NCAA. He is currently rostered. If you go to his profile on Auburns website it even says he was drafted.

As kids back in the day when someone wouldn't get their way and along came the 'I'm gonna take my ball and go home'. Damn shame a bunch of so called grown up in the SEC schools are acting like 11 year old kids.
