You also aren't considering the fact that lots of LSU players that graduate but don't go to the NFL get way better jobs than the average person with their degree coming out of LSU. For example, a certain FB from our 2003 NC team is selling pharmaceutical equipment making high 5 figures/low 6 figures and both he and his wife have said to me that they're certain "the ring" had a lot to do with his hiring in such a great job, and that they are completely fine with that.

it's actually not bad for just starting
especially just starting when he only just graduated (with a gen. ed. degree)
seeing as the "hot" jobs (such as accouting, which now requires a masters degree to take the cpa exam) start out at 50k on average

So what I conclude from this thread is that there are lots of people who, with no knowledge of Lafell's personal circumstances or what factors are important to him, are confident of what he must do, and nobody knows what he in fact decided.
