Sunshine pumpers like you just aren't big enough fans to get upset about anything.

I'm sad the team hasn't played better.

I'm calling LSU hosting a super regional after not hosting a regional.

Just a question, do ULL fans really want us in it's regional? If we throw Poche against the #3 seed. It will be Nola vs ULL and I don't see them winning that. That puts them in the losers bracket, and the bullpen for them has been shaky at best lately.

That'd also put our #3 + bullpen against their bats the rest of the weekend. In need to win 1 of 2, I'd be lying to you if I told you I was in any way optimistic about that scenario.

I would say it could go either way in that situation. I don't think anyone would be optimistic on championship Sunday.

ULL's bullpen vs our bats > LSU's bullpen vs ULL's bats

IMO.

ETA: if that makes any sense. Essentially, I think they hold a slight advantage if we got up 2-0 and they were 2-1 because they will mash our bullpen (Nola and Poche will be done). I think we will hit their bullpen, but I don't think it will be to the level they will hit on Sunday and Monday.

After pitching on Saturday assuming we throw Poche against a 3 seed? Nah, I doubt it.

Not this fan. I want to see the Cajuns bats against Nola at some point, just not in regional.

No sadness. These are LSU fans. Apparently it is a joyous occasion for many when seasons end with teams not achieving preseason fan expectations. The highly anticipated Bitching and moaning season begins immediately thereafter and continues until opening day 2015

Expectations is better than no expectations. I guess you're one of those people that couldn't understand why Smoke was let geaux and why Stud was let geaux. Let everybody stay and let them leave on their own terms is probably your mentality.
